Yes. Your records are visible only to you — each account is fully isolated. We never sell, share, or use your data to train anything, and you can export or delete it anytime. You can also turn off cloud storage of scans entirely.
Yes, and we say so up front. Reading your uploads and the optional summaries use a third-party AI service via its business API (which doesn't train on your data). The provider in use is named on our Privacy Policy.
Up to 4 profiles per account. Reports auto-route to the right person by the name printed on them.
Nothing is deleted. Your profiles, uploads, and extracted data are kept for a grace period so you can still view and export them — and pick up where you left off if you subscribe later.
