What format do you import?
FHIR R4 bundles — the standard data format of India's ABDM ecosystem, which ABHA apps and hospitals use to export health records. Upload the .json bundle and it's recognised automatically.
Do I connect my ABHA number to the app?
No. You export or download your records as a FHIR bundle from your own ABHA/PHR app or hospital and upload that file here. The app does not connect to the ABDM gateway or fetch records on your behalf, so you stay in control of exactly what you bring in.
Does importing use AI on my data?
No. A FHIR bundle is already structured, so it's parsed directly with no AI reading step — the import is fast and exact. AI is only used when you upload an unstructured report like a PDF or a photo.
What gets imported from the bundle?
The patient name (used to route to the right profile), plus lab observations with their values, units, dates and normal/high/low flags. Real-world bundles vary, so anything readable is imported and the rest is skipped.
